Built in 1927 by Ernesto Olearo, great-grandfather of the current generation, it was the first cellar used for wine production and the starting point for the development of the business. It is the “technological” cellar with new and cutting-edge equipment where all the phases relating to winemaking take place, starting from the grapes up to the bottling and storage of the bottles. The evolution of the product is constantly monitored by a laboratory present in the company.
The Cà di Corte estate is surrounded by vineyards of Barbera, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, while on the opposite hill, called Conca degli Olivi, extends the olive grove aimed at producing the highly prized Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Monferrato.
In 2021 the production cycle of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil is completed with the installation of an oil mill inside the Estate, for the pressing of the olives produced by the company.
