Located in one of the most enchanting spots in the Monferrato area, the Tenuta Castello di Razzano, or Razzano Castle Estate includes the winery of the same name, a Relais.

The Estate covers about 100 hectares. Forty hectares are used for growing vines and 5 as olive groves. Around 200,000 bottles of wine are produced each year; production is mainly dedicated to the native Barbera vine to make its Barbera d’Asti DOCG and Barbera del Monferrato DOCG versions.

In recent years we have also been producing an excellent Monferrato Olive Oil, although in quite limited quantities.

The old ageing cellars are located in the underground rooms of the Castle which stands on a spot that has Roman origins. Inside the Castle there is the Relais with its 13 rooms; there are 2 superior suites as well as 4 suites, 6 junior suites and 1 double room. There is also a splendid swimming pool nestled amongst the vineyards with a breathtaking view of its surroundings.

The Castle also houses a beautiful Museum of Wine, the Wine Shop, a wonderful tasting room, several rooms for corporate meetings and a tourist information point at the reception.
